Marvel Comics 25th Anniversary

In 1986, Marvel Comics saw fit to celebrate its 25th Anniversary. Every Marvel U.S. comic cover dated November that year shared a cover motif, featuring a headshot of a lead character from the book (and Menasor ) surrounded by a border starring an array of some of Marvel's most popular heroes. The border was first sketched out by John Romita Sr  (though the final version changes the poses of some characters, and adds a handful of others).

Relevant to The Transformers is that U.S. issue 22  featured the border, and a number of the characters depicted can be found here on The Transformers UK Appendix.
