Dudley's mum, also known as Dudley's mom, is Dudley's mum.
She is presumably related in some way to Dudley's dad.

When Dudley went for a Saturday afternoon walk in the park with his Chromobot visitor Mikros, he had with him a shopping bag containing comics and his mom's shopping list. The Chromobots issue 14
When Dudley returned home late and still carrying mum's shopping, mum asked him where he'd been, saying his father wasn't pleased with his punctuality. Dudley had brought with him a boy whose name he stuttered was "Lenny". Noting Dudley's distress, mum suggested he take Lenny up to his bedroom to check out his comic collection while she cooked the tea, but the two boys had already gone before she even had the chance to wonder who Lenny was anyway. Dudley had even taken her groceries up with them! Issue 16
Two weeks later, as Dudley was away on a late-night mission with Transmute and Mikros, he wondered how he would explain his absence from his bedroom if his mum went in to check on him. Issue 17 When they came back, Mikros was concerned that Dudley's parents would hear them and wake up. Shield's psionic scan confirmed that they were both asleep... until Dudley's dad wasn't. Issue 20
