Planet Zip

Planet Zip is home to the Zipponians and their consumer robots.

Fiction

Planet Zip was ruled by a King. Robo-Capers issue 32 It produced a large number of robots, with the King himself seen to be acting as a sort of salesman to lifeforms that did not appear conventionally Zipponian. Issue 16 Issue 18 Issue 20 Issue 21 Giant robot fights were apparently a common sight. Issue 24

Zip was politically allied with Planet Zorg, and had multiple enemies Issue 15 that the King referred to as "weaker planets". Issue 42 One such enemy was Planet Kringe, though Zip's invasion failed after the robots' new logic circuits led them to go on strike. Issue 23

The planet's most recurring enemy was Earth, Issue 17 Issue 20 though it also benefited from human vegetable produce Issue 17 and knew of its culture, such as its dreary soaps. Issue 22

In 1985, Zip attempted an invasion of an unspecified planet Issue 19 a few weeks before its attempt on Kringe. Issue 23 A petrol shortage in the same year led to the development of robots that accepted other forms of power-fluid. Issue 26
