Chromobot Empire

The Chromobot Empire is, presumably, the name given to the group of planets occupied by the Chromobots. The species' homeworld and base of operations is Chromos Five, which by itself has been described as a "techno-empire".

Fiction

On meeting Dudley and learning he could be trusted from a quick psionic scan, the Chromobot Transmute informed the boy that his team was from the Chromobot Empire, and that they required his allegiance. The Chromobots issue 15

Giving Dudley necessary backstory, Transmute told him that the Chromobot population was spread over a group of planets in the same star system, and that Chromos Five was a techno-empire, meaning it had forgone nuclear armaments. Issue 16

By using knowledge from the mind of arms designer Tessa Stone, the Chromatic criminal Predator created a weapon powerful enough to destroy Chromos Five and its surrounding worlds at some point before the year 2535. Issue 25 Thanks to Dudley's quick thinking, this timeline was prevented, and the Chromobots' planets were safe. Issue 26

Notes

• The phrase "Chromobot empire" appears only in issue 15. It's logical that it refers to the larger empire of the Chromobots, but the exact terminology is dropped in favour of referring only to Chromos Five or the Chromatic Star Federation, save one mention of "the other worlds in the Chromatic star system" in issue 26.
