Morthrott and Grmbil
The Milk Toast Malt Shop is not a pleasant place to be. That's why it has Morthrott and Grmbil, a pair of bouncers who are always at the ready to throw troublemakers to the Crocogaters. Their physical strength is impressive, and the porcine one has a hook hand that can switch out for a powerful electromagnet.
Exactly which one is Morthrott and which is Grmbil is unclear.
Fiction
Morthrott and Grmbil worked security at the Milk Toast Malt Shop. On one occasion, their boss had gotten fed up enough with trouble caused by regular patron Squink that he called Morthrott and Grmbil over to throw him to the gators that lived in the moat surrounding the bar.
They were interrupted by Planet Terry and Robota, who had come to Asteroid 43KX to talk to Squink. Terry kicked the rabbit bouncer in the shin, and Robota elbowed the pig in the face. The boss decided they too were troublemakers, and they too were to be thrown in the moat. The rabbit overpowered Terry, and the pig used his wrist-mounted electromagnet to immobilise Robota.
Terry and Robota were rescued by the fearsome Omnus, whom they had Androclesed earlier on. After Omnus gave Morthrott and Grmbil their lumps, the three travellers fled the Malt Shop with the unconscious Squink in tow. The bar staff chased after them with weapons, but Terry kicked the moat's log bridge free from its moorings, trapping their pursuers on the Malt Shop's island. Malt Shop Menace
Notes
- The rabbit has a motif on the chest of his jumpsuit that kind of looks like an "M", though that's hardly diagnostic of him being Morthrott.
- Both of these guys go on to appear in the second issue
of the 2009-2010 miniseries X-Babies. The rabbit tussles with Wolverine, and the pig gets punched in the face by the thick shakes alien.
