Molly's
Molly's is a pub in New York City. According to self-confessed TV drama fan Machine Man, the tavern appears to be the kind that would have connections to the criminal underworld. Whether or not that's true, Molly's patrons nonetheless look forward to a good old-fashioned bar fight.
Fiction
After misplacing his arm in a battle with Baron Brimstone, a despondent Machine Man walked aimlessly through New York City in the hopes of stumbling upon a lead. Recognising Molly's tavern as the type of place bad guys might hang out, he popped in to eavesdrop, but his private eye get-up proved conspicuous.
Machine Man was first approached by Bear Benson, who'd reasoned that he was an incognito movie scout looking for locations (and hopefully extras). When Machine Man showed him the type of extending robot arm he was looking for, Benson fainted. The living robot's concerns that Bear's friends wouldn't take kindly to this proved well-founded when Gorelick announced his intention to mash him with a chair. Machine Man's punch in self-defence threw Gorelick clear across the bar. Gorelick landed near a man who whooped with a "Hot dog!" that they hadn't had a good fight in months.
The pub erupted into all-out violence, with Machine Man in the centre due to his perceived part in starting it. Dogpiled by men, he considered easing his frustrations caused by the stresses of losing his limb, but held back. He chose to make his escape by grabbing an overhanging lightbulb and pumping his own current into it, blowing the pub's electrics and plunging it into darkness. While the men were disoriented, Machine Man burst out of the front window and skated home, calling the whole experience a waste. Arms and the Robot!
