The King hopes to invade Earth with a robot in disguise.
Synopsis
The King accosts a passing thing to tell them about the new robot he's had developed – a robot with the ability to transform itself into a normal Earth vehicle to invade the hated planet and destroy the humans covertly. The King boasts nobody will suspect it of being a robot in disguise – not realising that Earth motor cars typically don't have visible arms, legs, or heads.

Continuity notes
- As an early strip, this instalment features an alien best described as a head with arms and legs. Non-Zipponian inhabitants of Planet Zip like these would be phased out as the strip continued.
- It's this strip that establishes explicitly that Zip's enemy is Earth.
- The King has a rotating set of headpieces in these early strips – today's is an ice lolly.
Real-life references
- This is the first Robo-Capers strip to poke fun at its parent title, The Transformers, with the King explicitly using the terms "transform" and "robot in disguise".
