"In a prickly situation!"
Synopsis
Falling through the air, Matt warns Humph about the incoming star fighter swooping around on them. Humph reckons he's lost the first of his nine lives – but the two of them land soft on Darkon in a wild flowerbed. The less-than-enthused Humph distracts himself by making a daisy chain, but Matt realises they're without their Slavebot ally and dashes off to search for him. Extracting himself from the plants, Humph reflects on the indignity of being kidnapped, shot down, and now having a bottom full of thorns.

Quotes
(Just when things were looking bad and I end up in a load of crazy plants. – Let's hope we don't find a 'Keep off the grass' sign!!)
- —Humph on his soft landing.
Notes
Artwork and technical errors
- It's unclear what causes Humph to believe he is or will be one life shorter. Did he get hit by the star fighter, either physically or by its weaponry? Is he saying he was scared to death? Or is he talking about his imminent landing?
- That first sentence in #Quotes seems to be missing a clause.

- A fish buttie is a sandwich of fried and/or battered fish. Etymologically, the name descends from the similar chip butty.
