Line 13:
Predator's first target on Earth was the nuclear arms designer Tessa Stone, owner of Stone Industries. Tracking her down to her apartment, Predator kidnapped Tessa, but her screaming alerted Dudley and the Chromobots. Transmute whanged Predator in the faceplate, announcing his name, affiliation, and mission. The Transformers issue 17/The Chromobots The two grappled; Predator refused to bow to a lowly cretin like Transmute, but his killing blow was prevented by an optic blast from Mikros. Predator was too quick to allow him a second shot, and he tossed Mikros across to the edge of the roof. Turning back to Tessa, he told her that her life would now be enriched in service to him, in the cause of destroying Chromos Five and dominating Earth! The Transformers issue 18/The Chromobots Predator silently threw Mikros off the edge of the roof, and then teleported away with Tessa – an ability Transmute didn't know he had. The Transformers issue 19/The Chromobots

After their first encounter, Mikros was grateful they could retreat to Dudley's bedroom. When Shield volunteered to update the Chromatic Star Federation on their mission status, Transmute ordered him to tell them they wouldn't fail in overcoming Predator. The Transformers issue 20/The Chromobots Shield communicated to Cygnet at the C.S.F. about Predator's abduction of Tessa. Cygnet informed him that Predator's apparent teleportation left behind a distinctive pattern or vibration; she speculated to herself that his "teleports" shifted time to the Earth year 2535. The Transformers issue 21/The Chromobots The Chromobots' search for Predator took them to an area of countryside where the pattern or vibration had been detected twice. They didn't find the Chromatic criminal, but they did find Tessa, and were consequently lured into a time shift The Transformers issue 22/The Chromobots that took them to 2535. The Transformers issue 23/The Chromobots

The Chromobots were attacked by Predator's mutants: the Brute, The Transformers issue 23/The Chromobots Rage, and Menace, who had been sent based on Predator's anticipation of his enemies' return. The Transformers issue 24/The Chromobots Predator himself arrived on the scene, where he ordered the Mutants to stand down so he could brag about his accomplishments. Transmute told the despot that they'd still be the thorn in his side, but Predator laughed him off, easily able to banish them from his empire by using the time modulator. This caught Dudley's attention, The Transformers issue 25/The Chromobots and the boy snatched the device from Predator's hand. While the Chromobots held off the Mutants, Dudley fled back to the location of the time shift, ending up back in 1985. His alien allies followed him through, and Shield destroyed the modulator with his force weapon. This had the effect of closing up the time shifts and destabilising time in the 26th Century, trapping Predator in a timeline folding in on itself and replacing all of his accomplishments with the future as it was intended to happen. The Transformers issue 26/The Chromobots
