Outwardly a regular butler, Rollins is a trusted confidante of Sunset Bain, alias Madam Menace – armourer of the underworld.

Rollins was attending to an exclusive high society party in Sunset Bain's penthouse apartment when he was handed a letter by a special messenger. The letter – printed with the pattern of the mask of one of Madam Menace's henchmen – signalled to Bain that her presence was required down in her underground headquarters. Arms and the Robot!
Rollins, masked up like just any other henchman, informed Madam Menace that an incursion by Machine Man into one of their hideouts had been video-taped by their array of concealed sensors.
